Anna-Leena Teppo

Anna-Leena Teppo is currently the Head of Sustainability at Vaasan Oy, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Anna-Leena served as the Sustainability Program Manager for Climate & Circularity at Paulig Group from August 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading climate initiatives and developing environmental calculations related to product life cycles. Prior to that, Anna-Leena was the Corporate Responsibility Manager for Climate & Circular Economy at SOK, focusing on strategic climate issues and consumer cleantech innovations from May 2016 to August 2020. At Marimekko, from November 2012 to May 2016, Anna-Leena managed sustainability efforts, including responsible sourcing and stakeholder engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC, where Anna-Leena worked on sustainability and climate change engagements, and as a Sales Associate at Bestseller Retail Finland Oy. Anna-Leena holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vaasa.
