Scott Payant

Scott Payant, MBA, CPA, currently serves as a Snowcat Operator/Groomer at Vail Resorts and has held various significant roles in finance and strategic oversight. As a Board Member and Treasurer for Family Tree since 2016, Scott provides financial and strategic guidance to aid a nonprofit focused on addressing child abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness. Previous positions include Manager of Long Term Financial Forecasting at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Senior Manager of Planning and Budgeting and Treasury at PSEG Long Island, and Executive Director of Planning and Budgeting at Long Island Power Authority. Scott's extensive experience spans leadership roles at Exelon Corporation and its subsidiaries, where responsibilities included financial planning, merger integration, and cash management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
