Dr. Sebastian Hauptmann

Dr. Sebastian Hauptmann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, sales, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operating Officer at valantic since November 2020, Dr. Hauptmann previously held significant positions at Sky Deutschland GmbH from May 2010 to October 2020, including Executive Vice President Operations & Digital Innovation and interim roles in Human Resources and Product Development. Notable achievements include leading cultural transformations, enhancing employee engagement, and developing Sky's UHD/4k product offerings. Prior to this, Dr. Hauptmann spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Co. as an Associate Principal, where expertise in logistics and supply chain management was demonstrated through various international projects. Dr. Hauptmann's educational background includes a Doctorate in Logistics from WU Vienna and an Executive Development program at IMD.
