Justin Liban

Justin Liban is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in overseeing the construction of high voltage substations and related electrical projects. Currently serving as the Construction Manager at Valard Construction LP since April 2016, Justin successfully manages substation construction and has worked on notable projects such as the Bi Pole 3 RCS 500kV station in Winnipeg, MB. Previously, as an Electrical Supervisor at Status Electrical Corporation from October 2008 to April 2016, Justin oversaw projects including the Site C Dam Clean Energy Project and was responsible for the construction and commissioning of key equipment such as concrete batch plants and aggregate rock crusher systems. Justin holds a Power Line Technician degree from NAIT (2017-2020) and a Red Seal certification as an Electrician from Northern Lights College (2008-2012).
