Jolien Sillekens

Jolien Sillekens is a business consultant at Valcon since December 2021, specializing in consultancy, technology, data, advanced analytics, and strategy across North-West Europe. Prior to this role, Jolien gained experience as a waitress at Arzu Rotterdam and as a student assistant during the Bachelor Final Project at Delft University of Technology. An internship at AimAtArt and a board member position in X!Delft, an initiative promoting innovation through collaboration between academics and corporations, further contributed to professional development. Earlier work includes roles as a trainer and tutor at Lyceo, and organizing activities for the Study association i.d. educational organization. Jolien holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design for Innovation and another in Strategic Product Design, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Academic journey also includes study at Brunel University London.
