Cornelia Holtzhausen

Cornelia Holtzhausen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and transformation within the mining industry. Currently serving as Manager of the Transformation Office at Vale since September 2019, Cornelia's past roles include leading operational performance as Regional Director at Hatch and spearheading cultural transformation initiatives at Anglo American. With a robust background in managing mining operations, including as General Manager at Thabazimbi Mine, Cornelia has consistently demonstrated a commitment to sustainability, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement. Cornelia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, an MBA from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Mining.
