Michelle Laderoute

Michelle Laderoute, P.Eng., MBA, currently serves as the Superintendent of Structural Engineering & Engineering Systems at Vale since September 2020. Simultaneously, Michelle is a Facilitator and Course Curator for Operations Management at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Jp2g Consultants Inc. and BESTECH, along with engineering positions at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited and Honda of Canada Mfg. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Laurentian University.
