Nick Blackwell

Nick Blackwell currently serves as Manitoba Mines Manager at Vale since July 2023. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Site Manager at KDM Constructors from January 2020 to July 2023. Nick's extensive experience includes serving as Project Manager at South East Construction L.P. from 2017 to December 2019 and as Mine Manager and Inflow Control Manager at The Mosaic Company from 2007 to 2015. Earlier in Nick's career, the role of Project Engineer/Underground Manager was undertaken at Sasol Mining from 2003 to 2007. Nick Blackwell earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
