Ravi Multani

Ravi Multani is an experienced metallurgist specializing in process technology and mineral processing. Currently serving as Superintendent of Process Technology at Vale since May 2019, Ravi oversees daily metallurgy operations at the Clarabelle Mill. Previous roles include Senior Metallurgist positions in both pyrometallurgy and mineral processing, where responsibilities included metallurgy monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization projects. Prior experience includes work at XPS, focusing on base metal sulfide deposits, as well as involvement in pilot plant projects. Ravi holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Mining and Materials Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
