Stephanie Bleker

Stephanie Bleker is an experienced mining professional currently serving as General Manager of the Copper Cliff Mine Complex at Vale since December 2020, having previously held the position of Mine Manager at Totten Mine. Prior experience includes roles as Mining Manager at Anglo American from July 2018 to November 2020, and Mining Section Manager at De Beers Group from July 2016 to July 2018. Additionally, Stephanie has held various engineering and supervisory positions across several companies, including De Beers Canada Inc and Anglo American, where responsibilities encompassed safety management, production oversight, budget management, and project implementation aimed at enhancing safety and operational efficiencies. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
