Samantha Pabon

Samantha Pabon is currently an Admin Assistant in Academic Affairs at Valencia College. Samantha has over eight years of experience as a Staff Assistant III at the Virginia Marx Children's Center at Westchester Community College. In this role, they utilized Windows to keep all records and enter data onto the computer to produce correspondence, forms, monthly reports, statistical information, monthly USDA reports, monthly enrollment reports, billing reports, tuition reports and open balance reports. Samantha also set up and maintained accurate, complete and updated active and inactive files for 96 licensed childcare slots, both on a childcare computer software system and on hardcopy file. In addition, they conducted interviews and made recommendations to hire new staff, trained staff on childcare software, created flyers, forms and pamphlets, and created and conducted surveys. Samantha also answered telephones and independently handled requests for information.

Samantha Pabon has obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Business Organizational Leadership from Valencia College as well as an Associate's Degree in General Studies from the same institution.
