Earl Incardona

Earl Incardona possesses extensive experience in both education and technical training within the refinery industry. Since March 2015, Earl has held various supervisory roles at Valero, including Supervisor Refinery HR and Supervisor Technical Training, where responsibilities include overseeing training staff and identifying technical training requirements. As a Lead Technical Trainer and Lead Technical Resources & Compliance Specialist, Earl has ensured compliance with numerous federal and state regulations while implementing corporate standards across Valero's operations. Prior to joining Valero, Earl worked in education as an Administrator and Mathematics Teacher at Destrehan High School from August 2000 to March 2015. Earl holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics - Secondary Education from the University of New Orleans.
