Matti Kallio

Matti Kallio currently serves as an Ympäristötarkastaja at the City of Valkeakoski since December 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Alko Oy from October 2017 to December 2024, and a brief internship in environmental protection with the City of Nokia in 2020. Matti also held roles at Veikkaus Oy and Pirkanmaan jätehuolto Oy, focusing on customer service and waste management, respectively. Earlier in Matti's career, military service was completed as an Infantry Soldier in the Finnish Defence Forces. Academically, Matti earned a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences, specializing in Environmental Politics and Regional Studies from Tampere University, after completing high school at Kalevan lukio.
