Jakob Bjerre

Jakob Bjerre currently serves as Børne- og ungechef at Vallensbæk Kommune since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jakob held the position of Distriktsskoleleder for Distrikt Stenløse at Egedal Kommune from October 2017 to August 2022. Between 2007 and 2017, Jakob worked at Furesø Kommune as both Skoleleder at Stavnsholtskolen and Afdelingsleder for udskolingen at the same institution. Earlier experience includes a teaching position at Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune from August 2003 to June 2007. Jakob Bjerre holds a Master of Public Governance from Copenhagen Business School (2017-2021), a Diploma in Educational Leadership and Administration from Professionshøjskolen UCC (2009-2012), and completed studies at Blaagaard seminarium (1999-2003) and Køge gymnasium (1994-1997).
