Lykke Søby

Lykke Søby has extensive experience in social services, project management, and customer relations. Currently serving as a Koordinerende Sagsbehandler at Vallensbæk Kommune since May 2022, Lykke assists young individuals with various diagnoses in navigating educational and career opportunities. Prior roles include Beskæftigelseskonsulent at Københavns Kommune, where Lykke guided unemployed academics, and a leadership position as Teamleder at Verisure, managing a team of alarm operators. Lykke has also held positions as Senior Operatør at Securitas Direct, Kundeservicemedarbejder at AD Client, and Content Marketing Manager at LingQ.com, demonstrating a diverse skill set in communication, management, and content creation. Lykke holds a Master’s degree in Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of the Arts London.
