Chelsea Norton

Chelsea Norton, FACHE, currently serves as the Family Medicine Program Administrator at Valley Health Systems, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Sound Physicians from November 2021 to May 2024. Extensive experience at Thomas Health System included roles such as Service Line Director for General Medicine, Director of Operations, Practice Manager, and Site Supervisor from June 2013 to November 2021. Chelsea also contributed to education as an Adjunct Professor at BridgeValley Community and Technical College from December 2015 to May 2019, and gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant for the WV Board of Osteopathic Medicine, overseeing regulatory compliance for licensure. Early career experience includes an internship in Hospital Administration at the University of Colorado Hospital and teaching as a Substitute Teacher for Kanawha County Board of Education. Chelsea earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration and Human Resource Management from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University.
