Melody Lewis currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Valley Services Electronics since March 2024, previously holding the position of People & Culture Partner at Patagonia from October 2023 to March 2024. Prior roles include Director of People at nZero, Director of Organizational Development & Internal Communications at Clear Capital, and HR Business Partner at TriNet, where Melody also worked as an Organizational Development Manager and Manager of Talent Management and Learning & Development. Melody's career began at Nevada State Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Training Developer.
