Terho Puranen

Terho Puranen has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as Senior IT Service Manager at Valmet since January 2014. Prior to this role, Terho held various managerial positions at Metso from July 1999 to December 2013, including Team Manager for Global IT Infrastructure Services, Telecommunication Services, and Manager for both Networking Solutions and Telecommunications. Earlier in the career, Terho worked as a System Manager at Valmet Oyj for a brief period in 1999 and spent several years at Tietoykkönen Oy in roles such as Research Manager and Market Researcher. Terho's educational background includes a Master of Science degree from the University of Jyväskylä and various certifications in IT service management, including ITIL and PRINCE2.
