Mogens C. Bay

Mogens C. Bay is the current Chairman at Valmont Industries. Prior to this, they were with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and United Way of the Midlands. From March 2012 to June 2020, they were also the Chairman of the Board at AIM for Brilliance, a not-for-profit community organization that promotes technology to empower people, enhance organizations, and create brilliant communities.

Under their leadership, AIM has made contributions to workforce & economic development in Nebraska & surrounding region, being active in the IT professionals community, and bringing new knowledge to future challenges & driving innovative solutions. Mogens has also been instrumental in the development & sustaining of a skilled talent pool in the region and recruiting talent to the region using the Careerlink.com strategy.

Mogens C. Bay attended Santa Clara University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Mogens also attended Cardinal O'Hara High School.
