Ray Mohsenin

Ray Mohsenin is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Valsoft Corporation since 2020. Prior to this role, Ray worked at Deloitte Canada as a Manager in M&A for Capital Projects from 2018 to 2020, and served as a Consultant at J.S. Held LLC from 2015 to 2018. Ray began the professional journey as an Engineer In Training at SNC-Lavalin. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the McGill University Desautels Faculty of Management, completed between 2018 and 2021, as well as undergraduate studies at Concordia University and Marianopolis College, along with early education at Selwyn House School.
