The Project Management Team at Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija (VMI) is responsible for planning, executing, and closing various projects to enhance tax administration efficiency and effectiveness. They ensure that projects align with VMI's strategic objectives, manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication, and oversee project deliverables to support the modern and precise administration of taxes as part of the VMI POLARIS 2025 strategy.
