Presiyan Lazarov

Presiyan Lazarov, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Financial Services at VRC (Valuation Research Corporation) since January 2022. With extensive experience in financial analysis and valuation, Lazarov has held managerial roles at RSM US LLP since November 2017 and served as Lead Valuation Analyst at Axiom Valuation Solutions from June 2016 to October 2017. Previous positions include Lead Financial Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services and Senior Associate at KPMG, specializing in enterprise valuation, M&A structuring, and financial forecasting. Lazarov holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
