Dorinda Posthuma

Dorinda Posthuma is an experienced professional in quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management, currently serving as a QHSE Coordinator at Van Oord since December 2024. Previously, Dorinda held multiple roles at HOCHTIEF Nederland, including QHSE Manager and Project Engineer, and contributed to sustainability initiatives as a Duurzaamheidscoördinator. Dorinda began a career in project management with Groendakcoach, focusing on circular green roof solutions during an internship, and founded Youth 4 Action to develop educational curriculum packages centered on Sustainable Development Goals. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Higher Safety Management from Apply Opleidingen en Advies and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from HAS green academy, alongside various minors and additional studies in international development management and forensic science.
