Vanachai Group Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the production and distribution of wood plates and particle boards. Its products include medium density fiberboards (MDF), particle boards, moulded doorskin, high density (HDF) fibreboards and laminated flooring, resins, impregnated paper, as well as urea formaldehyde adhesive, which is used to add permanent-press qualities to wood fiber. The Company distributes the products in both domestic and international markets. The Company operates factories located in Chonburi and Saraburi provinces. Its subsidiaries comprise Particle Planner Company Limited, Woodtek International Company Limited, Vanachai Chemical Industries Company Limited and Vanachai Panel Industries Company Limited.
