Monique Saija

Monique Saija has held several leadership roles in the caregiving and educational sectors, with experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Zorgmanager at Vanboeijen since September 2018, Monique previously worked at Trajectum LVB from April 1998 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing the Rooster- en Flexbureau Trajectum Noord and overseeing various specialized care teams. Earlier positions included Teamleider at Jeugdzorg, focusing on children and adolescents with developmental disorders. Monique holds a Bachelor’s degree in HBO Inrichtingswerk from Rijks Hogeschool Groningen and has undergone further education through ISBW Opleiding & Training.
