Anne Sempowski Ward

Anne Sempowski Ward is the current Director at Vanda Pharmaceutical. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Board Director at Spectrum Brands, Inc from January 2020 to December 2021. Before that, Anne was the Co-Founder & CEO of The FORWARD Group from January 2008 to December 2012, where they helped businesses, brands, and executives scale. From 2010 to 2012, Anne served as the President & COO of Johnson Publishing Company, LLC and prior to that they were the Assisstant Vice President at The Coca-Cola Company from January 2006 to December 2007. Anne began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1994 where they worked their way up to Associate Marketing Director - Beauty before leaving in 2006.

Anne Sempowski Ward has a MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science from Duke University. Anne attended Mercy High School Farmington Hills.
