Sandra Halverson

Sandra Halverson, PhD, MPH, is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of epidemiology, currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine and Associate Director of Graduate Studies at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. With a robust background in cancer epidemiology, Sandra holds significant roles at Social & Scientific Systems and DLH Corporation, including Vice President and Chief Scientist. Previous experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at GlaxoSmithKline and Georgetown University Medical Center. Sandra earned a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, with additional educational pursuits in Business Administration at East Carolina University.
