Debra Tate

Debra Tate is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR technology and strategy, currently serving as a Global HR Technology & Strategy Consultant at Vanguard since November 2022. Previous roles include serving as a Guest Teacher in the Council Rock School District during the pandemic, and holding executive positions at Wolters Kluwer as VP of Global HR Systems and at Aramark as AVP of HR Transformation PMO. Debra also served as Executive Director of Global HR Operations & Technology at Avon Products, overseeing global HR operations and implementing the Workday HCM module for 34,000 associates. Earlier experience includes leading HR Shared Services at Bristol Myers-Squibb and developing certification programs at The Chauncey Group International. Debra holds a BA in Psychology from Penn State University, an MA in Applied Research & Program Evaluation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Addition Studies from Villanova University.
