Janine Tkach

Janine Tkach currently serves as the Financial Wellness Product Owner at Vanguard and is a Founding Member of ProFound, focusing on disability inclusion and accessibility within professional networks. Previously, Janine held the position of Director of Product Management for the Candidate Experience Platform at Phenom, where Janine also presented on digital accessibility at the 38th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference. Janine's extensive experience at Comcast includes roles as Director of Accessibility and Director of Privacy Experience, leading accessibility initiatives and privacy strategies across various product lines. Earlier experience at SEI encompassed multiple analyst roles, contributing to the development of mobile applications and service planning. Janine holds a BA in English and History from Lafayette College.
