Shanna Crutchfield

Shanna Crutchfield currently serves as the Director of Equity and Inclusion at Vanir since March 2017, following extensive experience at Seattle City Light from 1990 to 2017. During this tenure, Shanna progressed through various roles including Race and Social Justice Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Race and Social Justice Initiative, leading anti-racism training, and collaborating with city stakeholders to enhance equity and social justice. Shanna held multiple human resources positions at Seattle City Light, including Personnel Specialist Supervisor and Senior Personnel Specialist, focusing on recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. Shanna's educational background includes a Management Plus Certificate in Human Resources Management from Antioch University Seattle.
