Phillip McAuley

Phillip McAuley currently serves as the Senior Manager of Public Policy for East North America at Vantage Data Centers, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant for Housing and Community Solutions at Guidehouse from January 2024 to September 2024, and as Manager of Global Cities at Mastercard from January 2023 to October 2023. Phillip was previously the Government & Community Relations Manager at Prologis from March 2021 to January 2023, and worked as a Program Manager for the DC Government from February 2016 to March 2021. Academically, Phillip holds a Master of Public Administration and Policy from The University of Georgia, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, expected to be completed in August 2027. Phillip also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Mississippi State University.
