Tracye Herrington

Tracye Herrington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions and real estate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at LGI Homes since December 2019, Tracye leads a multi-state team in various aspects of project management for residential projects. Prior to this role, Tracye held the position of Vice President at GreenSpot Global, overseeing diverse real estate projects, including multi-family residential and mixed-use developments, from August 2010 to December 2019. Tracye's career also includes significant roles as Director of Program Management at WhiteWave Foods and IT Director at Horizon Organic, where strategic planning and team leadership were paramount. Earlier experiences include project management and consultancy roles at SCT and Prevue Channel, highlighting capabilities in ERP implementations and technology services. Tracye holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Harvard University and a degree in Business, Marketing, and Ethics from Drexel University.
