Dawn Lepore

Dawn Lepore, CUDE, has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the AVP of Consumer Banking Operations at Vantage West Credit Union since October 2013. Previous roles at Vantage West include Retail Operations Support Manager, Retail Operations Support Supervisor, Support Team Lead, Senior Deposit Operations Specialist, and Deposit Operations Specialist. Additionally, Dawn gained experience as an Instructor at barre3 from December 2017 to October 2019 and held various positions at Wells Fargo, including Customer Service Manager, Teller Supervisor, and Teller from February 2010 to October 2013. Dawn holds a degree in Psychology and Dance with Honors from Chapman University.
