Fergal Conway

Fergal Conway has over 18 years of experience in technical support and IT systems engineering, currently serving as a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer at Varonis since April 2018. Prior to this role, Fergal held positions at Vertiv Co from March 2005 to February 2018, including IT Systems Engineer for Emerson Network Power in the EMEA region, where responsibilities included the installation and upgrades of VMWare vCenter Server. Earlier experience as an IT Technician involved extensive work with Active Directory administration, backup solutions, networking equipment, and various technical configurations. Fergal Conway holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Galway, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
