Vijaya Sampath

Vijaya Sampath is an Independent Director of the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Madras University and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Mysore University. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She attended the advanced management program of Harvard Business School, USA and a program on managing strategic alliances conducted by the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Previously, she has been associated with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys as a senior partner and with the Bharti Airtel Limited as group general counsel and company secretary. She has been on our board since July 2017.
