Swastika Johorey

Swastika Johorey currently serves as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Varun Beverages Limited since November 2023. Prior to this role, Swastika held various positions at Reckitt from May 2016 to November 2023, including Head IT Commercial SOA, Head IT (Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, & Data) SOA, and Market IT Lead (Sales and Analytics) for South Asia, focusing on improving sales processes and e-commerce strategies. Before Reckitt, Swastika worked at Philips from January 2008 to May 2016, progressing from Manager - IT to General Manager - IT, overseeing process improvements in sales and supply chain. Earlier career experience includes roles at PepsiCo as Assistant Manager - IT and TCI as Executive - IT. Swastika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Lady Keane College and a Master’s Degree in MCA from Sikkim Manipal University.
