Jayanti Kandayah

Jayanti Kandayah possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at VAT Malaysia. Previously, Jayanti held several key positions at Intel Corporation, including Sr HR Director for Asia Talent Acquisition, HR Director for Intel Products Vietnam, and project lead for the Merger & Acquisition of Altera. Jayanti also directed Asia Shared Services within Intel. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from University Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science & Management from University Science Malaysia.
