Carl Sommerholt

Carl Sommerholt has extensive experience in communication roles within the energy and logistics sectors, currently serving as Head of Communication Generation at Vattenfall since March 2014, while also acting as a Senior Advisor in Nuclear for Eurelectric. Carl has led various communication initiatives focused on nuclear and hydro power, public affairs, and branding at Vattenfall. Previous roles include Director of Business Communications for Nordic operations and leading nuclear communications at both the business division and unit levels. Carl's earlier experience includes managing communications at the Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management and serving as VP of Corporate Communications at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. An MBA in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Uppsala University further complement Carl Sommerholt's expertise.
