Mara Zacharias

Mara Zacharias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive assistance, project management, and sustainable community development. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at VAUDE since July 2022, Mara has also been an ENERGY DANCE Trainerin since January 2019 and co-founded the Association for Sustainable Community Enacted Development e.V. in December 2016. Previous roles include Founder at balcovera and Project Director at Earth One GmbH, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. Mara holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Protection Engineering from Bingen University of Applied Sciences and has participated in the Erasmus Mundus program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, further enhancing expertise in sustainability topics.
