Frederic Hofmann

Frederic Hofmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Vault Platform and OpenFin, Frederic holds the position of Co-Head and Managing Director at ING Ventures since January 2018, where the focus is on investing in early and growth stage companies that align with ING's strategic goals. Additionally, Frederic has been involved with various organizations as a Board Observer, including Countingup, Eigen Technologies, Ascent, and eXate, while also serving as a Board Member for Countingup and Axyon AI. As a co-founder and member of the Investment Committee at Slamdunk Capital GmbH, Frederic contributes to seed investments in European tech startups. Frederic's educational background includes an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a BA(Hons) in Business Administration from the European Business School.
