Senthil Murugappan

Senthil Murugappan, PhD, is an experienced pharmaceutical scientist specializing in vaccine formulation and stabilization. Currently serving as Team Leader and Principal Scientist in Formulations at Vaxxas since August 2015, Senthil has focused on vaccine stabilization and micro-needle patch technology. Prior to Vaxxas, Senthil worked as a Senior Associate at Mylan Laboratories Limited, where the primary focus was on liposome formulation and stabilization. Senthil's academic background includes a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Groningen, where research emphasized simplifying influenza vaccination, and a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from JSS College of Pharmacy. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy was obtained from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute.
