Chloe Dodson

Chloe Dodson is a professional in the investment and executive search sectors, currently serving as Portfolio & Talent at Dawn Capital since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading and launching functional communities, organizing portfolio events, and supporting vendor partnerships. Chloe has extensive experience in executive search, having worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Founders Keepers from September 2018 to September 2021, focusing on VC-backed businesses at the C-Suite level. Prior roles include Researcher and Graduate Researcher at Odgers Berndtson, as well as internships within the same firm. Chloe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from Newcastle University, completed in 2015, and has prior teaching experience in Oman. Additionally, Chloe is a member of the VC Platform Global Community since November 2021.
