Troy Santos

Troy Santos is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Superintendent at VCC Construction since July 2022, Troy also owns Eagle Eye Construction Consulting, focusing on custom home design and property development since January 2004. Previous positions include Bridge Foreman at LINXS, Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Zenza Life Sciences, General Superintendent at V and G Builders, and General Foreman at Kiewit, where involvement in significant projects such as the Los Angeles Stadium and bridge construction initiatives took place. Education includes an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology from Long Beach City College and completion of OSHA 30 and leadership courses.
