Howard Chen

Howard Chen is a seasoned professional in brand strategy and management, currently serving as Strategy Director for VCCP in China since September 2023. Previously, Chen held positions such as Head of Strategy at McCann Worldgroup, where leadership was provided for the GM EV platform and Genesis brand communication strategy. Chen's extensive experience includes roles as General Manager for Greater China at Interbrand, managing diverse business divisions and projects in brand management and identity. Additional notable positions include Strategy Director at Landor and Managing Director at Spark44, where oversight was given to a large team and multiple business units. Chen began the career as a Senior Branding Consultant at Interbrand, working with high-profile clients. Educational qualifications include degrees in 3D animation from RMIT University and Marketing from La Trobe University.
