Olaf van der Weij

Olaf van der Weij is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in production, process engineering, and system integration. Currently serving as a Factory Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) since May 2019, Olaf has previously held roles at Heinmade as a Production/Process Engineer and at Frencken Europe B.V. as a Monteur Mechatronica. Experiences at Philips Healthcare as a Support Engineer and Benteler Engineering Services as an Allround Mechanic have further developed Olaf's technical skills. Earlier career positions include Proto & Test Engineer at Vogel's Products B.V., Production Engineer at Fokker Landing Gear, Quality Engineer at ASML, and Test Engineer at Assembléon BV (Philips). Olaf holds a Bachelor's degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and HTS Eindhoven, completed between 1991 and 1995.
