Waqqas Jabbar

Waqqas Jabbar is a highly experienced software engineer and architect, currently working at Vectara since October 2024. Previously, Waqqas served as Director of Engineering at Emumba, contributing significantly to projects such as Netnology SDWAN and Capital Bee, where roles included senior software developer and backend team lead. With a strong background in performance reviews, technical mentorship, and knowledge sharing, Waqqas has led teams in developing high-performance computing solutions and embedded systems, while also enhancing code quality and onboarding new talent. Early career experiences include founding multiple companies, serving as a consultant, and holding roles such as system architect at LMKR.
