Andrew McGlathery

Andrew McGlathery is a Lead Engineer at Vector since August 2024, after serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Salesloft from February to August 2024. Andrew previously held multiple roles at Drift from September 2015 to August 2024, including Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer. Andrew’s earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at TripAdvisor from August 2013 to September 2015, and various positions at Tufts University, including Undergraduate Teaching Assistant roles in Programming Languages, Introduction to Machine Learning, and Introduction to Computer Science, as well as positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Machine Learning Lab and Human-Robot Interaction Lab. Andrew's career commenced with an internship at Immedia Semiconductor, where testing software for H. 264 video encoder was developed. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a focus on Computer Science and Cognitive Science, from Tufts University (2009-2013).
