Jenna Roake

Jenna Roake is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people experience, currently serving as a Digital & IT Talent Partner at Vector Limited since December 2024. Previously, Jenna held the position of People Experience Lead at Worldline Merchant Services from September 2021 to December 2024, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for PlaceMakers from January 2020 to September 2021. Jenna's earlier roles include Recruitment Consultant at Focus Recruitment Limited, Probation Officer in the Therapeutic Court for the Department of Corrections NZ, Youth Counsellor at Odyssey House, and Facilitator for the AYE Programme at TYLA Youth Development Trust. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Auckland, complemented by education at ACG Senior College and Diocesan School for Girls.
