Adriaan de Wilde

Adriaan de Wilde currently serves as the Head of Assay Development at VectorY, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Adriaan held the position of Senior Scientist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from April 2018 to August 2023, overseeing a team involved in various vaccine development projects. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Scientist focused on adenovirus-based vaccines and a postdoctoral researcher and PhD student at Leiden University Medical Center, where Adriaan worked on cell-based assays and high-throughput analyses related to antiviral agents. Adriaan's academic background features multiple degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Life Science & Technology from Leiden University and Delft University of Technology.
