Christian Borst

Christian Borst is an experienced cybersecurity leader currently serving as the CTO for EMEA at Vectra AI and as a Non-Executive Director and CISO at AckTao. With a strong background in cyber risk management, Christian has held significant roles such as Senior Manager Cyber Risk & Privacy at AWK Group and Group Director Cyber Resilience at Richemont, where responsibilities included shaping global cyber strategies and managing large-scale security programs. Christian has also contributed to the Corporate Information Security Roundtable at SDA Bocconi and has been an advisory board member for Immersive Labs. Educational credentials include a Diplom-Informatiker (M.Sc.) from The University of Freiburg, executive education at IMD and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and military leadership training.
